Highest precision for high pressure systems up to 250 bar
The neMESYS high pressure syringe pumps are made for the precise injection of fluids into high pressure systems or for working with viscous fluids. They bring the approved high precision neMESYS dosing technology into pressure ranges up to 250 bar.
The powerful, highly precise and PID controlled drive unit of this high pressure pump ensures an extremely smooth movement of the syringe piston. This enables the pulsation free generation of precise fluid streams in the range of nanolitres (depends on syringe size) and the dosage of micro volumes. By using rugged stainless steel syringes the force of the drive unit can be converted into pressures up to 250 bar.
The integrated pressure sensor (measurement range 0 - 250 bar) enables continuous monitoring of the actual pressure and may help to increase the safety of your high-pressure applications.

High pressure syringes
For the neMESYS high pressure syringe pumps cetoni offers a range of 5 different stainless steel syringes. These rugged syringes are the perfect complement for the neMESYS high pressure syringe pumps because they are an ideal solution for high pressures and high forces.
They are also very well suited for dosage of aggressive liquids because stainless steel offers a good resistance against most aggressive medias. The parts in contact with the medium are stainless steel #316 (syringe tube) and viton (sealing).
The syringes are available in 2.5 / 8 / 20 / 50 and 100 ml sizes. The fluidic connections are realized with SwageLok fittings.
High pressure valves
Our new 3-way high pressure valves are the perfect complement for the neMESYS high pressure syringe pumps. Those valves are very well suited for high pressures up to 250 bar. A valve module can be connected to each neMESYS high pressure syringe pump by simply plugging a circular connector.
By using this high pressure valve it is possible to aspirate and dispense fluids without drawing the syringe from the holder. Additionally the continuous delivery of fluid over a long time will be enabled by coupling two high pressure syringe pumps and two high pressure valves.
