Microreaction and Analysis System Qmix

Qmix is a modular microreaction- and analysis system for a variety of applications. With Qmix you are able to automise conventional analysis (e.g. batch reactions) as well as investigate and upgrade existing processes or develop brand new reactions.

For the different requirements in the field of microreaction technology and flow chemistry various Qmix modules are available. So you can easily built up your customized microreaction system by simply plugging the required modules together. The existing Qmix system can be extended at any time later by new modules, so that your investment will be worthwile for the long term.


Highlights

Fluidics

For accurate dosage of nanoliter precise, pulsation free fluid streams for your reactions and synthesis all modules of the neMESYS syringe pump system can be used. This ensures a high precision in the generation of fluid streams and an excellent reproducibility of reaction results.

Reaction Chamber

Qmix uses many advantages of microreaction technology such as small volumes and short response times, while providing high reliability and security at critical reactions. In addition to a heated reactor area for different chip-types, the platform has a thermally adaptable residence zone, which optimize reaction processes and increase the efficiency of the analysis.

Analysis

The use of different online-detectors like UV/VIS oder NIR spektrometer allows a monitoring at different parts of the reaction. To automate the sample storage, it’s possible to add the Qmix Sample Storage module rotAXYS (optional expandable with cetoni UV-LED Array).
