Highest precision up to 195 bar

The neMESYS mid pressure syringe pumps are made for the precise injection of fluids into systems with higher pressures or for working with viscous fluids. They bring the approved high precision neMESYS dosing technology into pressure ranges of up to 195 bar.

The powerful, highly precise and PID controlled drive unit of this mid pressure pump ensures an extremely smooth movement of the syringe piston. This enables the pulsation free generation of precise fluid streams in the range of nanolitres and the dosage of micro volumes (depends on selected syringe). By using rugged stainless steel syringes the force of the drive unit can be converted into pressures up to 195 bar.

Generation of 12 independent fluid streams

By simple assembling of single neMESYS mid pressure syringe pumps (click system) or by linking them via bus cable you can build up a powerful high-performance multi-channel dosing system of up to 12 channels. This enables the generation of up to 12 independent fluid streams - precise to nanolitres, synchronously and with pressures of up to 195 bar.

Together with the comprehensive software package the neMESYS mid pressure syringe pumps offer unprecedented possibilities in the fields of highly precise dosage of viscous fluids.

Stainless steel or glass syringes - it is your choice

It is possible to mount glass or stainless steel syringes on the mid pressure syringe pumps. It is your choice and it depends on your application. Exchange of the syringe mounted on a module is possible at any time by user. You can select from a wide range of glass syringes.

For generation of high pressures we recommend the use of one of our four rugged stainless steel syringes designed especially for the mid pressure pumps. They are also very well suited for dosage of aggressive liquids because stainless steel offers a good resistance against most aggressive medias. The parts in contact with the medium are stainless steel 1.4301 (syringe tube and piston) and FPM (sealing).

The syringes are available in 2.5 / 10 / 25 and 50 ml sizes.
