The neMAXYS positioning system offers unprecedented possibilities to you for integration into your applications. Whether you develop standard Windows applications or if you want to program in LabVIEW - we deliver the suitable libraries for that purposes.
Other devices often are equipped with RS232 interfaces and use proprietary communication protocols. We provide you with up-to-date interfaces like USB or Ethernet, standardised open communication protocols like CANopen and comprehensive and comfortable programming libraries.
Simply connect the positioning system to your PC, install drivers and programming libraries, switch on the device and you are ready to go.
All functions like positioning, homing or status request are made available by the labbCAN Motion Control API, a Windows 32-Bit DLL.

The comprehensive library of VIs in the labbCAN Motion Control LabVIEW library makes embedding of the neMAXYS positioning system into your LabVIEW environment easy as a child’s play. There are ready-to-use VIs for all functions of the neMAXYS positioning system.
The positioning system implements the CANopen device profile DS402 "Drives and Motion Control". Each single axis can be accessed by CANopen applications via the integrated CAN interface. The use of CAN bus and the standardised higher layer protocol CANopen ensures the extensibility of the positioning system
Up to 11 positioning systems can be added to each other and controlled via one single USB interface. Extern CANopen modules like digital I/O modules, analog I/O modules, peristaltic pumps, neMESYS syringe pumps, regulating modules or heaters can be added flexibly. Every extension module can be integrated into Windows applications and LabVIEW by using the cetoni labbCAN library.
