Modular multi channel OEM tubing pump

The neMESYS OEM tubing pump combines the approved peristaltic pump technology with the modular and extensible neMESYS drive and bus system from cetoni.

Because the only part of the pump in contact with the fluid being pumped is the inner of the tube, it is easy to sterilise and clean the inner surfaces of the pump. The use of a tube makes it a relatively low-cost maintenance item compared to other pump types. The neMESYS tubing pump also minimises shear forces experienced by the fluid, which may help to keep colloids and slurry fluids from separating.


Easy to integrate into customised applications

The innovative and flexible neMESYS drive and bus technology makes it easy to chain up to 32 pumps (more pumps on request) together for large scale applications and enables a comprehensive software support. All chained pumps can be accessed via one single standardised interface - this makes integration into your applications and devices easy and cost-saving.

For mounting the tubing pump you only need four M3 screws. The pumps will be delivered with a transparent cover. If this cover will be removed, the pump drive will stop automatically and the user of your devices will gain additional safety.
