More than Automation...

The know-how of cetoni is already used in many finished products. Often these devices are special solutions – their development means more than simple automation tasks.

In co-operation with OLPE Jena GmbH the design of an automatic system for CD-/ DVD-ROM-production was done for the company of KraussMaffei. Our engineers did the mechanical design of the whole system by use of Autodesk Inventor.

Handling systems

In almost all cetoni devices you can find different handling systems. At design of new handling systems our engineers can hark back onto a big wealth of experience.

Axis systems
Where tools have to be positioned with high precision our axis systems are the right choice. Precise to micrometers and very reliable.




Pick & Place
Picking up, transport and placing of work pieces are main tasks in automation.


Conveyors
For rough transport tasks conveyors are suitable. Experience is necessary for the work pieces shall reach the end of the conveyor.


Synchronous screwdriverr
Even the synchronous tightening and loosening of eight - or more - screws is not problematic if the right technology is in use.


Cover removing
If the cover of the workpiece has to be removed - an automatic decover tool should be used.



Stacker systems
Stacker systems are necessary to increase the level of automation with much space for work pieces, tools, ...
