For 2-channel Pressure Measurement
The Qmix P pressure-measuring module offers two independent pressure sensors, which can be configured for different pressure ranges (20, 50, 100 or 200 bar). The pressure sensors can monitor pressure values within a system or, utilizing the software, they can be used to create pressure control circuits, to facilitate pressure-controlled dosing, for example.
The pressure sensors can be used in any flow direction. You can decide which of the connections act as intake or outlet. Cleaning the sensor is easy. Simply rinse it with a rinsing solution.

Qmix P Modules let you expand your existing neMESYS dosing system or your existing Qmix flow-chemistry system by adding a pressure measurement function, quickly and easily. Using the neMESYS interface and the neMESYS plug system, you can combine multiple pressure measuring modules or add additional modules, such as tempering modules or valve modules. Pressure-measurement modules help you monitor system pressure levels. In combination with QmixElements pressure monitoring, you can use Qmix P modules to shut down pumps automatically when critical pressure levels are exceeded or undercut.

Visualize, Analyze, Optimize…
In QmixElements you can record the values of all analog and digital inputs and outputs in the form of curves or CSV-files. This lets you visualize temporal changes of process data or connected sensors (pressure, temperature, etc.) live and in real-time. You can configure the recording through drag & drop and save diagrams in various different formats (PNG, JPG, PDF…). Using CSV-files, recorded measurement values can be analyzed or graphically processed conveniently in Excel or any other analysis program of your choice.

You can read analog inputs of Qmix I/O modules, analog pressure measuring inputs of the Qmix P modules or the analog inputs of neMESYS syringe pumps with one uniform interface used across all devices – the analog I/O library. All functions are supplied through a Windows DLL (32-bit / 64-bit), enabling simple and inexpensive integration into any 32 or 64-bit Windows development environment supporting the use of DLLs.
